In 1993 an estimated 35,000 men died in America from prostate cancer, according to The American Cancer Society. It is the Second leading cause of cancer deaths in men, behind lung cancer. The news does not get any better. For people age 50 to 60, compared to 30-40 years old the over-all cancer rate has increased by 44 percent for breast cancer; 60 percent for male colon cancer; and for prostate cancer the rate has increased by as much as 100 percent. For malignant melanomas, malignant lymphoma, myeloma, non-Hodgkins lymphoma and some of the rarer cancers of this kind, the rates have increased by 150 percent. For testicular cancer, if you look for men between the ages of 28 and 35, the figures are almost 300 percent.

To what do we Attribute these findings? - to the ever-increasing numbers of dangerous chemicals present in our modern environment. In 1940 we manufactured and synthesized about a billion pounds of synthetic organic chemicals that year-new chemicals which never existed before in the world. By 1950 the figure had reached 50 billion pounds. By the late 1980s, this Figure reached 500 billion pounds of synthetic chemicals including approximately 600 chemicals, which have been clearly, in well-defined, validated experiments, shown to induce cancer in animals. Studies have identified about 25-26 chemicals, which are known to cause cancer in humans. Some study findings have directly linked certain herbicides to prostate cancer.

For a healthy prostate, pass on the pizza and red meat! This is because researchers are finding that a diet high in fat is linked to prostate cancer. Researchers estimate that 81 percent of prostate cancers are potentially preventable with a reduction of fat.

A Japanese researcher, Harayama, conducted a 10 -year study of 265,118 subjects who answered questions about their dietary intake. Harayama discovered that people who ate liberal amount of vegetable containing beta carotene (carrots, sweet potatoes, yams, cantaloupe, apricots, spinach, squash and leafy green vegetable) had a lower risk of prostate cancer. some studies have shown vegetarians, who eat less fat, have a lower incidence of cancer of the prostate than men with big fat intake. The same studies show a vegetarian diet lowers circulating testosterone levels and a non-vegetarian diet raise them. Prostate cancer grows on testosterone and slows when testosterone is lowered. A study of Japanese men conducted in 1977 noted that the marked increase in mortality from prostate cancer paralleled the increase in fat intake in the Japanese diet since 1950.

Studies have found that among civilizations with a diet high in phytoestrogens, the incidence of cancer is lowered. This has been particularly true in the case of bioflavonoids, sometimes referred to as bioflavonoids, they are substances found in brightly-colored fruits and vegetable, and have been credited with reducing tumors, remember that vegetables raise the Ph in your body and a high ph is deadly to cancer. Also find all you can about liquid Zeolite, liquid Zeolite has been proven to remove all kinds of toxins, pesticides from your body, it also shots down the p 21 gene in your body.
